General Contracting
This is the foundation that JH Cleveland was built upon and we continue this today. We still have the ability to self-perform general trades, from rough carpentry, painting, concrete work, drywall and ceiling work which results in savings to our clients.
Construction Management
Our project management and estimators work closely with owner and architect during the schematic and design development phase of the project to evaluate constructability, run cost comparisons and establishing a Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) project budget.
Design-Build
The Design-Build project delivery method enables JH Cleveland to work directly with the client to complete the design and construction phases of the project.
