Our project management and estimators work closely with owner and architect during the schematic and design development phase of the project to evaluate constructability, run cost comparisons and establishing a Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) project budget. We use historic cost analysis from past projects and also use the local subcontractor market to establish these initial project budgets. There is a substantial amount of time and planning that is put forth during these initial stages so the project will be successful once the construction phase begins.
