Our Start
JH Cleveland Construction, a second-generation full service General Contractor that was established in 1977, is rooted in hard work, dedication and family. Julian Cleveland started the company in 1977 and his son Carter Cleveland, current President, continues this tradition today.
Under Carter’s leadership JH Cleveland Construction has grown significantly in relation to Quality Employees, Yearly Revenues, Market Diversity, Project Procurement/Delivery, and the use of Advanced Technology that has helped us become better builders. JH Cleveland has performed work in the Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, and Religious, Retail, Restaurant and Office sectors within the CSRA.
