22,000 SF, 33-Patient Room Renovation, with (2) Negative Pressure Isolation Rooms and (2) Bariatric Patient Rooms. This also include Nurse’s Station at each wing and a Central Nurse’s Station between the patient wings. This renovation included 90% demolition of the existing floor with new build back. This scope included all new HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Medical Gas Headwalls in each room and all new finishes throughout the floor.
