Riverfalls Apartment Complex

Ground up, Greenfield Site for a new Apartment Complex.  This project consisted of constructing (18) Apartment Buildings.  These buildings consisted of (14 ) 2-bedroom structures and (4) 1-bedroom structures which totaled 264 units.  A new 2,800 SF clubhouse with with a putting green and pool.  All new site utilities and infrastructure to support these new buildings.
