Baker Place Elementary School Addition

16,000 SF addition to an existing elementary school. The building included 12 classrooms, restrooms, teacher work room, teacher break room and a connecting corridor. The scope of work included sitework, footings and foundations, slab on grade, masonry wall construction, structural steel, metal roof panels, casework, doors, frames, hardware, acoustical ceilings, VCT flooring, painting, marker & tack boards, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
