As a result-oriented, hands on project manager with over 20 years of experience in all facets of the construction-development industry and a verifiable track record for the successful completion of all construction projects, Eric values the trust his clients place in him and strive every day to exceed their expectations.

Over the past 20 years, he has successfully completed projects ranging from retail, professional office space, hospitality, restaurants, multi family, and athletic facilities across the southeast. Eric can assist with all phases of development, such as project cost analysis, design, scheduling, contract negotiations, and design build projects. With a “can do” attitude and strategic problem-solving tactics, each project is completed in a professional and timely manner to achieve the quality and service each client deserves.

As a native of Augusta Georgia and where he lives today with his wife and two kids, he enjoys hanging out with his family, watching the Dawgs play on Saturdays, and playing golf.
